Jen is a Certified Healthcare CPD Professional (CHCP) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). She has a fondness for using technology to create efficiencies and has worked in a virtual office setting for more than 15 years. Based on her experience as a telecommuter, Jen has developed methods and systems to virtually manage teams and projects without compromising quality. She grew up working for her father in aviation and learned fundamental principles of safety and continuous improvement that she continues to reference in her work in healthcare. Jen is an advocate for health information security and consults on healthcare cyber risk management programs. She is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, the Colorado Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (CACME), and the Colorado chapter of American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM), CHARM. Colleen McNally is a process improvement professional with more than 25 years of experience. She spent the first 10 years of her career in healthcare delivery and healthcare systems administration. Colleen then spent 18 years in Medicare Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) in leadership positions ranging from project director to vice president of operations. She has led national QIO support contracts and has had oversight for several QIO contracts. Colleen joined E4 in 2013 bringing expertise in CMS contracting and compliance, corporate systems design and improvement, quality management, and, project design and management.
On a personal note: Colleen enjoys imparting her love of quality improvement to her daughter, Grace, who returns the favor by always saying, “We’ll do better next time!”

Deb Chromik is a business leader and service delivery expert dedicated to helping others achieve their highest aspirations. Deb spent 20 years in a variety of leadership positions that capitalized on her passion and combined it with her ability to successfully facilitate projects from concept to completion. Deb spent 15 years in the non-profit sector as a manager, then division director, at Colorado Foundation for Medical Care. There she managed a series of national quality improvement projects under federal contract with the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS). Deb founded E4 Enterprise in 2010 to bring creative business solutions to a broader spectrum of clients. E4 Enterprise specializes in sourcing, aggregating, and managing contractor services to meet short and long-term business needs. Deb provides both direct client services as well as general oversight for many E4 projects including strategic guidance, client coordination, client satisfaction, contractor quality management and sourcing and oversight of all vendor contracts.
