E4 Enterprise is a network of small businesses and independent consultants providing an array of services to the healthcare sector. E4’s leaders started careers in healthcare delivery and spent considerable time in CMS’ Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) program. They now leverage that experience as consultants offering the personal touch to all clients. The small businesses and consultants comprising the E4 network have vast expertise in quality improvement, project management, and continuing education. E4 leaders create the best combination of individuals from the network to provide customized, efficient, and outcomes-based solutions for clients. E4 is registered as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), DUNS: 008913672, CAGE: 6HQJ6; this enables clients to meet government small business or minority-owned contracting requirements.
E4 is Virtually Everywhere
E4 has intentionally designed and refined its approach and methodology to deliver the majority of services virtually. The art in virtual support is keeping people connected to their work and each other in inspired ways. The advantages of virtual support are significant. First, access to the best and brightest minds is increased exponentially, without geographic constraints. Second, consultant efforts are focused intensely on the work at hand, without the complexities of commute times and traditional office hours. E4 consultants are ready to complement virtual support with in-person sessions when needed to help your organizational goals evolve into positive outcomes.
